Though this wasn’t Lukas Ridgeston’s first film (he first appeared in the bizarre Boytropolis, where a tribe of Olympian youths fuck each other continuously and stay young forever by drinking from a fountain of youth; he also performed a memorable solo in the previous year’s Tender Strangers, where he shot part of his load onto his forehead and into one of his eyes) Lukas’ Story was the film that brought Ridgeston a title role, and subsequent gay porn superstardom.

In the film, handsome, stacked Lukas seems confused about his nascent sexuality, but it’s fairly clear to the viewer that Lukas’ future lies in cock from the first scene, where Lukas excitedly spies through a keyhole on his brother (Willie Ridgeston, who looks a bit like Lukas - are they really brothers?) whacking off.

At school later that day, Lukas watches two of his buddies suck each other off under a staircase, before getting on a bus where the famous blowjob scene takes place (pics below). In voiceover narration (the voice doesn’t really match Lukas’ Slovakian upbringing) Lukas informs us that fellow bus passenger Filip Smirnof has the biggest dick Lukas has ever seen. For some reason, Smirnof has his cock out of his pants, and Lukas quickly sidles up the aisle and gets on his knees. Our hero is unable to speak to the driver while the bus is in motion for the next ten minutes, until Smirnof comes all over Lukas’ tanned upper chest and shoulders.

Then, the action move outdoors, where Lukas, wearing no shirt, rows up to a boating shed, where another two of his buddies are having clandestine sex, which again, Lukas observes from a hiding place. What a strange group of friends Lukas has! (And dumb - can’t they find hiding places where they can actually, like, hide?)

Two more guys fuck each other in an abandoned building before a soccer game between Lukas and Johan Paulik leads to the two buddies getting it on big time. Paulik, who went on to major porn stardom himself, has a great time with Lukas, who fucks the prostate out of his more slightly-built friend.

Not at all a bad porn, and a perfect one to capitalise on the drifting desires of newly self-empowered gay audiences, turning away from druggy Joey Stefano hurtling towards his early grave, and Jeff Stryker’s outdated “who’s your daddy” routine. Sporty, healthy, non-American Lukas was well placed to become the biggest gay porn star of the first half of the 1990s, which he duly became.
