Music Theatre: Skatt Bros “Life At The Outpost” (1979)

The Skatt Bros were Canada’s “answer to the Village People”, and I believe they answered that call more than adequately. I was shattered to learn that the sweaty, curly haired spunk playing the lead singer is just that - an actor, and not part of the band at all. Anyone know his name?
